Mission Statement
The Department of Public Safety (DPS) supports Brigham Young University-Hawaii's mission of helping students, faculty, and staff become the learners and leaders envisioned by Prophets by providing a safe and secure environment in a courteous and professional manner. DPS is committed to honor the standards of BYU-Hawaii in a fair, ethical, and non-biased manner.
We will also provide mentoring and practical experience to students so they will be ready to enter the work force and build the kingdom of God.

Parking Permit Application Renewal Form
For campus safety we require students to register their vehicle at the Campus Safety and Security office. All forms of documentation must be current and valid. Registration costs $5 and you will receive a parking sticker to put on the windshield of your car. For more information click here.
